Black Marks on my wall?

Qusetions: I moved into my property three a long time back plus the far more and much more i stay right here, there is black marks on my bed room walls and just a little in my residing place. I do not have central heating or whatsoever they contact it.
It just randomly seems and theres letters/scratches or whatsoever on my wall to.
