Noisy sabre boiler HE thirty?

Qusetions: I've received a sable HE30 its bin somewhat of the nightmare seeing that set up,, but really beneficial recently but previous evening started off producing a horrible noise, contemplating its fan connected, bearing possibly gone and so forth everyone had any concerns like this, hotwater and central heating however functioning just quite noisy. any input can be appreciated many thanks.
