Sewing/Clothing gurus: How just would you make this shirt?

Qusetions: I never know something about creating garments...But I noticed this shirt and viewing as how it is really nowhere around the industry...I made the decision that I needed to allow it to be. I just needed to! So.. here is the shirt

If anybody is surely an pro at sewing, or creating garments or shirts whatsoever....Can you inform me how i might go about creating this shirt...and creating it as shut to this photo as you can? make sure you!!! i might want to purchase the sweatshirt and by some means sew this on?

What materials would I require and the way would I do it?! enable!

Answers:If you lived in New Jersey, I could do it to suit your needs. Its just acquiring a sweatshirt, then grey substance ( not felt since it is going to fall apart ), like fuzzy gray. Then reduce out the items to match the shirt and then the form in the elephant. Then top rated stitch that has a sewing machine.
