Toilet not filling up and pipes are rattling and producing loud noises?

Qusetions: okay my toilet worked very good until eventually the pipes started off producing loud noises and shaking so i turned off the valve behind the toilet. I hoping turning it back again on to fill the tank up but no h2o is coming towards the tank even when i open the valve once again. Now i must hand fill just about every time I flush.

Answers:the valve about the toilet could be aged and once you shut the valve from time to time the o ring that sits about the seat inside of the valve breaks off and sticks towards the seat consider shutting the valve once again and tapping on it using a pair of pliers then openning it this could or maynot do the job if not phone a plumber. very good luck
